Keys Hotel

Located on Uru Road in Moshi, Keys Hotel has 15 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning. Some of the executive rooms also have satellite TV, an in-house video and a mini bar. Keys Hotel also boasts 15 traditional thatched bandas, equipped as either double or triple rooms. The bar in Keys Hotel offers a wide range of drinks and the restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, full meals and all-day bar snacks. Room service is available.

The Keys Hotel is set in well-kept gardens in Moshi town, and the swimming pool offers the chance to unwind after you climb Kilimanjaro or return from a game viewing Tanzania safari. It is also a good spot from which to begin to climb Kilimanjaro or to undertake your safari.

  We said goodbye to our fantastic crew at breakfast, with Kili standing majestically in the background blanketed again in a fresh layer of snow. The final hike down on Day 6 was not too bad. We had a celebratory Kilimanjaro Beer at the lunch stop, and we all felt quite energised. I ran the last 9km. Well maybe that's a bit of an exageration!
