"Kili wit MKsafarsis was a great experience and I will never forget it. Caspar is a very good guide and his team too. Always smiling and kind with me. Even if a was alone I never feel alone! Arriving at camps, my tent was ready hot water waiting for me as well as tea and pop corn ! A five stars hotel service! Food was excellent, rich enough to recover and bring energy for the next day. One thing important, Porters were parts of the team all along the trip. Caspar is quite human with them and I was happy to see they were not considered Off-team.
Caspar explaned me a lot of things about Tanzanian life and culture and it's a good thing because climbing Kili shouldn't be only a sport aim but also a cultural experience. You know, I don't'have any negative points to complain about!!!! (oh yes kili pathes are dusty.... Just joking)"

"Yes, my son and I did enjoy our hike. My son managed to get to Uhuru Peak and I managed to get as far as Kibo Huts- my legs just could not carry me any further!!! Because of altitude I lost my appetite and hence just could not face food- consequently I did not have any energy left. However, it was once in lifetime experience, never to be forgotten. Thank you very much for orgainsing everything for us. We had a very good time in Tanzania and everything worked out exactly as I had planned (apart from my lack of appetite!!!)"

we just completed a trip with your establishment.......FABULOUS. Your porters are absolute ROCK STARS. Kind , loving and the sound of their laughter and fun was like a lullabye putting my friend and I to sleep at night!!! We asked if they would play a game of cards in their tent so we would fall asleep to the sound of their fun and laughing . Also , the FOOD was spectacular Absoutley fabulous , plenty of it...which we ate and daeo cooked us up some pretty amazing stuff along the way..and Joseph our waiter, the service was excellent ..you can't get that in a FIVE STAR joint :) ..really really nice. I was amazed at what the guys carried..all of them !!!! I can't list all of their names here . Really great. Ayako (also known as Casper ) is a gem to this company . We enjoyed him a great deal....

My friends andI went to Kili as well with MK Safaris in early 2008, and I agree with climbingkili - they are absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Caspar, made the trip a real pleasure. He always had some interesting tale to narrate to us, and his vast array of knowledge is really quite admirable. It was also quite amusing to see how well-known he is among the all the porters who work on the Kili trails. The food, as already mentioned, was delicious at times. ... Overall, the experience was fantastic, and this trip to Africa remains my best vacation to date. Even after a year, Caspar has kept in touch with us, and the next time I visit the region, I'll be turning to Wild Things/ MK once again.
